Welcome to Crapless Bubble Craps Simulator ("the App"), operated by NOTIS Marketing and Supply LLC, a California limited liability company, doing business as NOTIS : GAMBLER ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years of age to download or use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. The App contains simulated gambling content and is rated 17+ on the App Store.

2. Entertainment Only

The App is a simulation designed purely for entertainment. The following apply at all times:

• No real money gambling takes place within the App.
• Virtual chips and in-game currency have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or services.
• No prizes of monetary value are awarded based on gameplay.
• Success in the App does not imply success in real-money gambling.

3. Your Account

You may use the App as a guest without creating an account, or you may register for an account to save your progress and virtual wallet balance. When you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Pro Pass

The App offers an optional one-time purchase ("Pro Pass") that unlocks premium features including additional casino themes, higher bet limits, boosted starting bankroll, advanced statistics, custom bet presets, and early access to new features. Pro Pass may be purchased through:

• The Apple App Store (subject to Apple's terms and refund policies)
• The NOTIS : GAMBLER website (subject to the terms in this section)

The Pro Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, and no auto-renewal.

4.1 Nature of the Pro Pass

The Pro Pass grants access to premium features within the NOTIS : GAMBLER simulator for as long as the service is operational. It is not a subscription, ongoing service commitment, or promise of indefinite availability. Pro Pass access is tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or resold.

4.2 Refund Policy

All Pro Pass purchases are final. We may consider refund requests only under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 14 days of purchase; and
• The Pro features have not been actively used; or
• You are located in a jurisdiction where consumer protection law requires a refund (such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period), in which case that law applies.

Refund requests should be sent to support [at] notisgambler.com with your purchase details.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy, which we do not control. Refund requests for Apple purchases must be made directly to Apple.

4.3 Service Availability

NOTIS Marketing and Supply LLC does not guarantee the indefinite operation of the NOTIS : GAMBLER service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the App, the Pro Pass, or any features thereof at any time.

In the event we choose to permanently discontinue the service:

• We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification when reasonably possible.
• No refunds will be issued for previously purchased Pro Pass access, except where required by applicable law.
• You will have the opportunity to export any personal data before the service ends.

By purchasing the Pro Pass, you acknowledge and accept this risk. You understand that a one-time purchase does not entitle you to compensation if the service is discontinued in the future.

4.4 Nature of Digital Access

The Pro Pass is a license to use premium features of the App, not the sale of a good or ownership interest. Pro features have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded (except as stated above), or transferred to another user or account.

5. Virtual Currency

Virtual chips within the App are a license to use, not property. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to virtual currency at any time. Virtual chips cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for real money.

6. Fair Play

The App uses a random number generator to determine dice outcomes. All gameplay is intended to simulate authentic Crapless Bubble Craps rules and payouts. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome or frequency of wins.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or hack the App.
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional features.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks within the App are the property of NOTIS Marketing and Supply LLC, dba NOTIS : GAMBLER, or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOTIS Marketing and Supply LLC, dba NOTIS : GAMBLER, and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual chips, or device malfunction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of California.

14. Responsible Use

While the App does not involve real-money gambling, we encourage responsible and mindful use. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, free and confidential support is available through the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-GAMBLER or ncpgambling.org.
